Specialty 1/32" Thick I.H.C. / Navistar Torque Arm Tandem Truck Shim changes thrust and toe when installed between the torque arm and the spring hanger. On Navistar they will also center the axle with the frame rails when used on the lateral link. These-over-the-road adjusters are a fast and accurate means to align front or rear axles.
