Chicago Pneumatic CP-873CK Low Speed Tire Buffer features a quick change slip chuck for fast and easy change of buffing wheel, a lock off throttle to prevent accidental start up, a rear exhaust that directs air away from the workpiece and a built-in regulator that matches speed to job.
