Coats MAXX90 Air Rim Clamp Tire Changer

The Coats MAXX90 Air is a rim clamp tire changer for car and light truck wheels, powered by an air motor. It mounts and demounts tires with a Leverless Bead Lifter, so traditional tire tools that can mar the wheel surface aren't needed. It comes with both the Robo-Arm and RoboRoller helper systems. It handles external rim diameters from 6" to 24", with four rim clamps rated to a 30" maximum. It accepts tires up to 50" in diameter and rims up to 16" wide.

  • Leverless Bead Lifter: Mounts and demounts tires without traditional tire tools that can mar the wheel surface.
  • Robo-Arm bead depressor: An articulating assist that presses directly on the tire bead to create a bead lock during mounting. It helps with low profile and run-flat tires.
  • RoboRoller helper system: Holds the bead in the drop center and keeps the tire from rolling back over the mount tool.
