The Dill Valve Stopper screws onto a standard tube valve to prevent pull-through during tire mounting. It features a flow-through extension and a double seal cap, allowing you to air up the tube through the stopper to easily seat the tube on the rim without kinks. For use with all standard tube valves, replaces the fishing tool.
