Hunter TCX51H Plus Table-Top Tire Changer with FastBlast™ System

The Hunter TCX51H Plus is a TCX51H table-top tire changer with Hunter's built-in FastBlast™ inflation system added. It's designed for shops that service truck and SUV tires, and it combines the heavyweight TCX5x "H" platform with top-side blast inflation for seating difficult beads.

FastBlast™ top-side inflation. The FastBlast™ system is designed to seat even very difficult tires. The technician sets the position, selects the inflation mode, and presses the inflation pedal. A 6.5-gallon air tank supplies the blast, which is larger than most portable inflation devices. One technician can inflate stubborn tires hands-free. Traditional jaw blast inflation is also standard for everyday tires.

Wheel-friendly mount head. The conventional mount head uses Hunter's patented polymer "wing and knob" design. It guides the tire while protecting the wheel and works with raised-spoke and clad wheels.

Fast, accurate clamping. The clamps cover a 10–28 in. total range, with 10–26 in. for external clamping. All jaws adjust together. Hi-grip jaw covers protect the wheel and resist slipping, and diameter marks on the table help with external clamping.

PowerOut™ bead breaker. The bead breaker uses fingertip control and a 16 in. three-way adjustable shovel for a good rim fit. Shovel protectors come standard.

Heavyweight, stable build. The heavyweight chassis sits on rubber feet that keep the machine from moving. The rigid design is built for a long service life, and the polished table-top is easy to clean.

Options and connectivity. An optional wheel lift raises heavier truck and SUV wheels and stores flat when not in use. Because it's a two-speed model, the TCX51H Plus can connect to the HunterNet® 2 portal with an add-on upgrade kit. The kit logs each tire change with service time and tire pressure.

Warranty. Hunter's 3-year warranty covers replacement parts for three years and labor for six months.
