The Hunter TCX59 Pro is a premium table-top tire changer that combines Hunter's levered and leverless technologies in one machine. It's built for difficult wheel assemblies, including 19.5 in. truck tires and high-performance EV tires. It pairs a hybrid leverless head with an automatic swing arm, a patented bead press system, FastBlast™ inflation, and a 220V high-torque motor.

Hybrid leverless mount head. The head's extended travel improves demounting range and performance. A tilting lip keeps the bead in position during demounting, and its rounded profile reduces the risk of tire damage. The polymer winged head doesn't need protective inserts, and the wing helps keep beads in place during mounting.

Automatic swing arm. One button locks in the wheel's diameter and width. The swing arm is operated by foot pedal, which keeps the technician's hands free. Its footprint is 30% smaller than tilt-column designs.

Patented bead press system. The auto-centering bead press helps with clamping, lubricating, mounting, and demounting tough wheel and tire combinations:

• Press cones and an extension arm simplify external clamping on low-profile tires.
• Rising cam action reduces bead stress during top bead mounting.
• A roller disc helps mount and demount stiff-sidewall tires and makes bead lubrication easier.
• A flip-down fixed press arm adds contact for extreme low-profile tires and deep drop-center wheels.

Locking lower arm. The lower roller disc handles bottom bead re-loosening, demounting, and match mounting. The locking lower arm lets the technician spin the tire on the rim to match the rim's low spot to the tire's stiffest point.

FastBlast™ inflation. The top-side blast inflation system is designed to seat difficult truck and SUV tires. The nozzle mounts to the bead press carriage, so inflation is completely hands-free. A 6.5-gallon air tank supplies the blast, and traditional jaw blast inflation is also standard.

PowerOut™ bead loosener. The side shovel has fingertip control, a three-way adjustable shovel angle, and a 16 in. bead loosener width.

Adjustable table-top clamping. The table clamps rims from 10–28 in., or 6–30 in. with optional adaptors. All jaws adjust together. Twin-cylinder actuators provide more clamping force than single-cylinder designs, hi-grip jaw covers protect the wheel, and diameter marks help with external clamping.

Powerful drive. The 220V high-torque motor has two forward speeds (7 and 17 rpm) and one reverse speed (7 rpm). Speed and travel control are fully variable.

Heavyweight, stable chassis. Rubber feet keep the chassis from moving during service.

Options. An optional wheel lift (part number 20-2045-1) makes large assemblies easier to handle. An optional HunterNet® 2 connectivity kit mounts on the back of the machine. It gives access to tire change results, equipment ROI, revenue tracking, performance data, and daily reports.

Certification. The TCX59 Pro is listed to the UL201 Garage Equipment Standard by Intertek (ETL). It meets national electrical code requirements for electrically powered shop equipment.
