Xtra Seal 1/4" Lead-Wire Rubber Vulcanizing Inserts are designed to "fill the injury" in passenger and truck, radial or bias-ply tires. Coated with a premium blue vulcanizing gum, these inserts will vulcanize chemcially or in a heat curing system, becoming a permanent part of the tire. No special insert tools are required for instalation. Install from the inside-out, pull through and cut off wire. Packaged 20 per box. Ascot Part #581-13621.
