75 Years of Grit, Gears & Getting It Done:
If you’ve been in the trucking industry long enough, you know success isn’t just built on horsepower. It’s built on people. On legacy. On day-in, day-out reliability. That’s why we’re proud to spotlight McNay Truck Line during National Truck Driver Appreciation Week, celebrating their 75-year journey across the Midwest, and still picking up speed.
Founded by Edgar McNay with just a handful of trucks, the company was passed to his son Richard after Edgar’s unexpected passing. At just 21 years old, Richard took the wheel and grew the fleet with grit and tenacity. Today, with his daughter Mia and son-in-law Tom joining the ranks, McNay Truck Line is a full-throttle, third-generation operation. From van and reefer trailers to flatbeds and dump trucks, their drivers cover 130-150 loads per day within a 400-mile radius of Quincy, IL.
That’s not just logistics. That’s orchestration.
