Official Contest Terms and Conditions
1. Sponsor
This contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Rubber Inc. (“Sponsor”). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions.
2. Contest Period
The Contest begins on June 15, 2026 and ends on July 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (“Contest Period”). Entries submitted after July 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT will not be considered for any prize.
3. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
• Employees of Rubber Inc., including officers, directors, and agents
• Members of the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or household of any such employee
• Any individual involved in the production, administration, or judging of this Contest
Void where prohibited by law. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Contest, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Contest Period:
1. Take an original photo featuring “Rubberto” in a workplace or field setting.
2. Post the photo to LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram using the hashtag #RubbertoAtWork.
3. Follow Rubber Inc. on the social media platform used for the entry.
By submitting an entry, participants confirm that the photo is their own original work, that they have the right to submit it, and that it does not infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party. Multiple entries permitted.
5. Prizes and Winner Selection
5a. Weekly Prize - Four (4) Winners
Prize: $25 Visa Gift Card + Rubber Inc. Swag (approximate retail value: $50 per prize)
One (1) Weekly Prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each of the following weekly periods:
• Week 1: Entries received June 15-18 - winner selected June 19, 2026
• Week 2: Entries received June 19-25 - winner selected June 26, 2026
• Week 3: Entries received June 26 - July 2 - winner selected July 3, 2026
• Week 4: Entries received July 3-10 - winner selected July 10, 2026
Random selection will be conducted by Sponsor using a process it deems fair and reasonable. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each weekly period.
5b. Grand Prize - Two (2) Winners
Prize: Igloo KoolTunes Cooler & Speaker + $100 Visa Gift Card (approximate retail value: $300 per prize)
Two Grand Prize winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the full Contest Period and announced on July 17, 2026:
• Judge’s Choice: One (1) winner will be selected by a judging committee at Rubber Inc. headquarters based on creativity, originality, and overall presentation. The judging committee’s decisions are final and binding.
• Most Popular: One (1) winner will be the eligible entry that has received the highest total number of likes on its social media post using #RubbertoAtWork as of 11:59 p.m. CT on July 15, 2026. In the event of a tie, the entry submitted earliest during the Contest Period will be selected.
An entrant may win no more than one (1) Weekly Prize during the Contest Period but remains eligible for the Grand Prize regardless of whether they have won a Weekly Prize. A Weekly Prize winner who is subsequently selected as a Grand Prize winner will receive both prizes.
6. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via a tag on the social media platform used for their entry and by direct message to the account used for entry within five (5) business days of selection. Sponsor is not responsible for winners who do not respond or whose accounts prevent direct messaging. If a selected winner cannot be reached within ten (10) business days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at Sponsor’s discretion.
7. Prize Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the designated prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release before a prize is awarded.
8. Intellectual Property and License
By entering, each participant grants Rubber Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the submitted photo for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and print materials, without further compensation or consent. Participants retain ownership of their original photos.
9. Conduct and Disqualification
Rubber Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that: (a) violates these Terms and Conditions; (b) submits content that is obscene, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate; (c) uses automated entry methods or any other means to gain an unfair advantage; or (d) engages in any conduct Sponsor deems detrimental to the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rubber Inc. is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries; (b) technical malfunctions or failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of entries; or (d) any injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation in this Contest or the acceptance or use of any prize. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Rubber Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims arising from participation in this Contest.
11. Governing Law
This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Contest shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Will County, Illinois.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used solely for Contest administration and prize fulfillment, and will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the Contest. By entering, participants consent to such use.
13. Social Media Platform Disclaimer
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc. Any questions or comments regarding the Contest should be directed to Rubber Inc., not to any social media platform.
14. Prize Manufacturer Disclaimer
This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with Igloo Products Corp. in any way. The Igloo KoolTunes Cooler & Speaker is included as a prize solely at the discretion of Rubber Inc.
