The Hunter RX12KPS is a 12,000 lb surface-mount scissor alignment lift with Hunter's patented PowerSlide® system, two 6,000 lb swing air jacks, 24-inch runways, and a 179-inch two-wheel alignment wheelbase.

Hunter RX12KPS Surface-Mount Scissor Alignment Lift with PowerSlide®

The Hunter RX12KPS is a 12,000 lb capacity surface-mount scissor alignment lift equipped with Hunter's patented PowerSlide® system. It is part of Hunter's RX scissor lift family, designed for maximum productivity in minimum space. Open front and rear access, 24-inch runways, two standard swing air jacks, and a 179-inch two-wheel alignment wheelbase make it well suited to alignment work on passenger cars, SUVs, and light trucks.

PowerSlide® system

  • Slipplates and turnplates lock and unlock automatically at the right times
  • No more wrestling with turnplate and slipplate pins
  • Auto-locking saves time and trips around the vehicle

Fully Integrated Alignment (FIA)

When paired with a Hunter alignment system, the RX12KPS becomes part of Hunter's Fully Integrated Alignment workflow. The WinAlign® console guides the technician step by step and automates the turnplates and slipplates. This keeps critical steps from being skipped. Hunter says a synchronized aligner and alignment rack completes alignments up to 60% faster.

Standard equipment and features

  • Two 6,000 lb swing air jacks for lifting vehicles off the runways
  • 24-inch extra-wide runways accept vehicles up to 92 inches wide, including full-size pickups, SUVs, minivans, and delivery vans
  • Stainless steel turnplates for long-lasting, accurate alignments
  • Built-in rear slip plates for four-wheel alignments from 88 to 158 inches
  • Two movable worksteps that lock into several positions
  • Air line kit supplying air to the jacks and auxiliary ports
  • Louvered approach ramps for high traction, which Hunter rates better than diamond plate or abrasive finishes
  • Open front and rear access under the vehicle

Safety and speed

  • Fast descent cuts lowering time by 50%, with a soft landing
  • Sixteen-position fine-mesh locks keep the lift level and secure
  • Electronic level control keeps the runways level at all times and shuts the lift down if it hits an obstruction
  • Hydraulic velocity safety fuses shut down instantly if a hose fails

Options

  • AlignLights turn on when the rack is raised and off when it's lowered
